MWSC has announced that the company will resume the water supply to the houses of Maldives for 24 hours for testing purposes.
A Task Force official informed Vnews that clean water is being pumped for testing purposes since morning and will hopefully be available for 24 hours without any problems.
Even though water will be available for 24 hours, the official stated that the normal distribution schedule will be from morning to the afternoon for 5 hours. He also mentioned that there have been significant improvements since the installation of new panel boards in MWSC.
Since last Thursday, water distribution has increased from 1-3 hours per day to 5 hours per day.
